When will I get billed?
Great question! We bill on a monthly basis. If you sign up for a recurring service during the middle of the month, you will be billed on the first day of service to cover for the rest of that month. We then will bill you on the 1st of each month going forward.
Does Piedmont Scoops clean the entire yard?
Piedmont Scoops thoroughly removes dog waste from all areas of your property that has dog waste issues. This includes front yards, backyards, side yards, flower beds, dog runs, and more.
Do you provide dog waste removal services all year round?
Absolutely! Piedmont Scoops offers year-round dog waste removal services at all of our locations. We continue servicing properties throughout the winter months. Even in snowy conditions, most accumulated waste can still be safely and effectively removed.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
At Piedmont Scoops, the safety of our clients and their pets is always our top priority. To protect every dog we serve, we sanitize our equipment and shoes with a kennel-grade disinfectant between each yard to help prevent the spread of germs. After each service, we take a photo of your secured gate for peace of mind, and all of our team members are fully background-checked to ensure a safe and trustworthy experience.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Absolutely — we love working in yards with dogs! We just ask that if your dog has shown any signs of aggression, you please keep them indoors during your scheduled service. The safety of our team is extremely important to us. If a dog displays aggressive behavior toward our staff, we will require that they be secured inside during cleanings or, if necessary, remove the property from our service route.
How much does it cost to hire a professional pooper scooper?
Piedmont Scoops has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $60 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $95 and $135 per month.ontent
Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
No contracts required! You’re free to start, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime by managing it through your customer portal or giving our office a call.
How do you dispose of the waste after each cleanup?
We will take the waste off your property and properly dispose of it with Waste Management.
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
No, we’re unable to provide specific arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we always try to be mindful of your schedule, our routes are optimized at midnight the night before service to maximize efficiency and keep costs affordable for our customers.
